Matt walked through the parking lot, looking for his car. This always happened when he came back from vacation, cause he didn't have his parking spot yet. He was still thinking about that girl from the night before.
Jamie Summers. That was such a nice name. He couldn't help but think about her every second that day and hoped no one would interrupt his thinking time. He never got his way in this, though. |

Ophelia had just gotten out of her small BMW. She was walking through the parking lot, looking for her car. She smirked. "Hey Matthew, looking for your car?" she said, leaning against one of the cars that didn't have an alarm. She crossed her ankles and her amrs and placed her bag gently on the trunk she was leaning against. To any guy she would look beautiful and stunning.

Matt looked up, startled. Ophelia came out of nowhere. He knew that she was beautiful, but they were just friends.

She cut across him. "What the fuck was up with the blonde bimbo at the club last night?" she asked harshly. She rose her eyesbrows, her black eyes boring into his. "You can't hide anything from me, Matthew Taylor," she said. "I know everything." This was true. She sighed and looked over at him. "And don't go throwing Zac or Jaret back in my face cause that is a lame stalling tactic and I think we both know that we're above it."

Matt ha the verge to slap her. Why did she have to ask about this? Oh yeah, she's Ophelia. She needed to know everything...even if someone didn't want her to ask.
"Her name is Jamie and we're dating. I might break up with her though. She's nice and I think you guys would like her." Actually, he knew they'd hate how nice and innocent she was but he wasn't going to say that aloud. He could tell by the way Ophelia was standing, she hated the girl already. "Anyways, what's up with you and Jaret? You guys seemed cute together last night." Cute? Since when had he started using a first grade word. |

"Ew. Juniors are so out, Matthew. I think that we both know that," she reprimanded. "Espicially since you are the Matt Taylor. A junior is a horrible thing for your reputation." She crossed her arms and took a step toward him, looking up at him, her black eyes into his, her hair falling down her back. "So, Matthew. The knockoff has to go," she said in conclusion. Matt would see it her way. And she knew.
'Cause she was Ophelia.

Matt knew that she had a point, He was known as the hott Senior who never date Juniors. And this reputation he had, he had worked hard to earn. He sighed. How was Ophelia so smart?
"You have a point as usual. But why do you care? And why hasn't Rose talked to me about this yet? Usually you would have told her by now and she'd be all over the same issues as you are!" This curiosity was killing him but he'd be satisfied with an answer. |

Rose was jealous of Jamie? Since when? Was it because of the kiss they shared during the rain, weeks before summer ended and school started.
Holy. Shit.
"When did she tell you that she likes me? Did she say why?" He was so confused. Just mentioning Rose he could imagine them kissing under the stars when it was raining. God, how he'd wish that he could hold her. Wait, he was with Jamie...right? |
